We watched this video in class about Jake Reilly’s “Amish Project”, where he deletes all social media and turns off his cell phone for 90 days. During that time, he actually LIVED life. How much time a day do we waste on Facebook, Twitter, texting, and tumblr? I been guilty of it. I been to dinners with friends and checked my phone instead of having a conversation with them....

It’s weird to think that the friends you were so close to at the beginning of the year end up being strangers……

Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving was pretty great this year.
The tradition of spending it with my dad’s side of the family is always nice. The food was absolutely delicious; traditional Thanksgiving food and Cambodian food? Amazing. The best decision I made this school year so far is deciding to pledge Beta Alpha Psi! The past two days was great being able to network with different accounting firms at Meet the Firms last night and going on my very first firm tour today. Today is one of those days where I have a 6 hour gap between my classes. I decided to go home. I did some retail therapy (strange how that makes you feel so much better) and I’m going to take a short nap then read for my tax class at 6.
